Our Blown Glass Production Process

Material Selection: We start with high-quality silica sand, soda ash, and limestone—melted at 1,100°C in our furnaces to create molten glass. Our blends are customized for clarity, color, and strength.

Hand-Blowing & Shaping: Skilled artisans gather molten glass on a blowpipe, then shape it by blowing, spinning, and using hand tools. This step requires precision to achieve uniform thickness and avoid imperfections.

Design Detailing: While the glass is still pliable, we add textures, patterns, or layers of colored glass. Our designers often mix materials like metal, crystal, or ceramic accents for a unique look.

Annealing: Each piece is slowly cooled in a kiln (a process called annealing) to strengthen the glass and prevent stress cracks.

Quality Checks: After cooling, every item undergoes rigorous testing for durability, clarity, and safety. Our blown glass components meet CE, UL, RoHS, and SAA certifications.
